In this photo the house is facing north with a view of hundreds of acres of open pasture and timber. The property is completely fenced and bordered by an old growth stand of oaks along the west fence. Directly west of the house is a garage shop and plenty of space for tool storage, welding, machine work etc. This area could also be easily converted to a mother in law quarters or generator /battery shack with southward facing roof perfect for a solar array for anyone interested in off grid or back up emergency power. Beside the shop is a well house with electric pump that we use to water our livestock year round. This dependable 20-25 ft. well has produced cool clean water regardless of season since we moved here in 1998. Hoses are available to transport water to rotational grazing paddocks as needed. Southwest of the residence is a 40'x60' barn with attached 20x60 loafing shed. The barn serves as winter hay storage and shelter for horse and goats.
